salesforce.com acquires Rypple, putting pressure on SuccessFactors/SAP, Oracle, Taleo, and others

salesforce.com (SFDC) reconfirmed it's place in the HCM market with the acquisition of Rypple today.  The bigger story is really about what more is to come from SFDC.  Read more on that here
